General Commitment

Skyline s.r.o. is a European company specializing in advanced defense, aerospace, and dual-use technologies. Our corporate policy defines the guiding principles for quality, environmental sustainability, occupational health & safety, and responsible energy management across all operations. These principles are embedded in our Integrated Management System and reviewed regularly to remain aligned with stakeholder expectations, legal obligations, and strategic goals.

Our commitment applies to all business units, employees, and partners and is actively communicated, implemented, and monitored by executive leadership.

Overarching Principles of action

  • Client Satisfaction is our primary goal. All our decisions and processes are aligned with the expectations and mission-critical needs of our clients — including governments, defense institutions, and industrial partners.
  • Legal Compliance is fundamental. Skyline adheres to all applicable laws, including those related to defense procurement, export controls, labor safety, and environmental regulation.
  • Leadership Responsibility is key. Executive and operational management are directly responsible for policy implementation. They ensure all employees receive the necessary training, tools, and support to fulfill their roles within this framework.
  • Integrated Execution is maintained through strategic targets, specific operational objectives, and performance tracking within our certified management system.
  • Resource Efficiency is emphasized. Energy, materials, and operational capacity are used economically, with efforts made to monitor and reduce consumption and emissions across our production and logistics chain.
  • Continuous Improvement is embedded through data-driven evaluation of all improvement programs, lessons learned, and stakeholder feedback.

  • Opportunities are implemented through innovation programs and supplier engagement.
  • Identified risks are mitigated through proactive planning, internal controls, and updated processes.
  • Strategic decisions are validated by both risk-benefit analysis and stakeholder impact review.
  • Resilience is built into supply chains, data systems, and business continuity plans.
