About Us

Skyline supports Europe’s defense industry while actively contributing to Ukraine’s defense capabilities. By sourcing and delivering specialized components essential for arms production, Skyline strengthens Europe’s security architecture and strategic resilience. In alignment with the EU’s objectives, we also support Ukraine’s path toward defense self-sufficiency. As major suppliers prioritize their own supply chains, Skyline helps fill critical gaps by collaborating with European and Ukrainian manufacturers to ensure access to vital components—reinforcing stability and security across the European continent.

A message from our management

We at Skyline take seriously the responsibility that comes with being part of Europe’s defense ecosystem. Our mission is not only to strengthen resilience and deterrence through technology — but to do so ethically, transparently, and lawfully. Every member of our team is part of that mission. Our commitment to compliance is not optional — it is a strategic and moral imperative. We welcome cooperation, dialogue, and scrutiny — and we hold ourselves to the highest standards, every day.

Corporate Compliance

At Skyline s.r.o., we view integrity and compliance as foundational elements of responsible business in the defense and security sector. In an environment defined by strategic responsibility and legal regulation, we adhere strictly to both international standards and national laws. Our leadership is committed to promoting a culture of transparency, accountability, and zero tolerance for corruption or unethical behavior. These principles are essential not only for our long-term success but also for earning the trust of partners, governments, and the public.

Ethics & Conduct Charger

Skyline is proud to operate at the intersection of European defense innovation and responsible industry practice. As we support critical security needs through advanced technologies and logistics, our foundation is built on respect, discipline, and ethical rigor.

Business results matter — but how we achieve them matters even more. The Skyline Ethics & Conduct Charter outlines the core values shared across our company: integrity, responsibility, lawful conduct, and respect for our partners and colleagues. All employees and representatives of Skyline are expected to understand and apply these values in their daily work, with regular training and leadership oversight provided to ensure full alignment.

We believe that only by maintaining ethical consistency can we remain a credible, secure, and sustainable actor in the defense sector.

Corporate Principles

Skyline’s corporate principles reflect our commitment to quality, compliance, operational excellence, and responsible international engagement.

We operate within a highly regulated industry, where defense-related exports, technology transfers, and dual-use goods are subject to strict licensing and oversight. We fully comply with all relevant EU, Czech, and international laws, including foreign trade regulations, arms control, non-proliferation agreements, and human rights frameworks.

Skyline maintains a strict dual-control policy, meaning no single employee or manager may unilaterally act on behalf of the company in sensitive matters. Compliance awareness is actively reinforced through internal audits, clear guidelines, and ongoing training. Every employee is encouraged to raise concerns about potential violations, and all reports are treated seriously and confidentially.

Export & Trade Compliance

As a trusted supplier in the defense value chain, Skyline ensures that all products, components, and technologies are subject to proper export licensing and documentation. Our foreign trade and compliance team supports employees and partners in navigating permit requirements and regulatory restrictions, especially for controlled or dual-use technologies.

We do not tolerate circumvention of any applicable export law or sanctions regulation. Each transaction must be verifiable, authorized, and traceable, with special scrutiny applied to end-use certification and re-export obligations.

Human Rights & Responsibility

Skyline is committed to upholding the principles of human dignity, fair labor, and non-discrimination throughout its operations and supply chain. We stand firmly against forced labor, child labor, and any form of human rights abuse, directly or indirectly. We expect our suppliers and partners to uphold these same standards.
